THE IGWEE DESERT EAGLE DROPPING “YOUR WAIST” PRIOR TO DROPPING “ROYALTY ALBUM.”


It has been four years in the making. Desert Eagle is finally set to drop his long awaited album “Royalty.”

The Afro Dancehall/Reggae artist is not a new name in the industry having first come into the limelight as a rap artist, later switching to Reggae Dancehall. 

The artist who has has also produced hits like Kenny Klip’s “Mtofu” and Young Kay’s (now known as Hyphen) “Kuwusumana” first came with “Broken Silence” the album in 2006, gaining positive feedback from fans.

Now having taken his time preparing “Royalty”, Desert Eagle is set to release the album in late October but is set to feed his fans with “Your Waist”, which is the lead single of the album. The single will first be performed on August 30th and then get its first radio play on August 31st.

“The album has taken so long coz i’ve been trying to find the right sound for me. It’s a personal project, and it has different varieties of sound all on the Reggae Afro Dancehall circuit.” Eagle said.
The album has many features to look out for including international ones as the Igwee went all in by roping in Nigerian act Flame Boy.
