Inter university music collaborations are a rare commodity to come across these days as most university artists have been stuck in there lanes rather than stepping out of their comfortable zones.
Having said that, there is a duo comprised of Clovix (a chanco student) and Droz (a bunda student). The two artists decided to put their heads together to create one of the best afro collaborations this year.
Clovix, real name Ben Kalikuni Lwanja JR, and Droz, real name Justin Dzimbiri JR have recently come into the limelight after their song “Chilendo” has caught the public ear since it’s release as it went straight into the Born & Bred chart, picking at number 4.
The song isn’t only charting on the show, the song was also voted “HIT OF THE WEEK” for the week of May 4th.
The song talks about a strange love a girl is showing her man as the things she does for him are nothing like what he experienced in his previous relationships, showcasing the duo’s skill, versatility, great vocals, mature lyrics and delivery to go with the great production of the song.
The country should be on the look out.
